Terrace pedestal accessories

The accessories that make a terrace on pedestals reliable

The slab support plate spreads the load and protects porcelain stoneware under large formats. The slab holder ensures even joints and clean alignment. The slope corrector brings the slab back to horizontal on a sloping substrate, and the shock-absorbing pad absorbs impacts and resonance noise.

Adjust, raise, finish

The adjustment key lets you set the height even after the slabs are laid. The extension increases a pedestal's reach without changing model, and the finishing profile neatly trims the edges of the terrace.

Our experts' tip: include the accessories from the quote stage: a forgotten slab support plate under a 120x120 or a missing slope corrector on a sloping screed means tedious rework.

Frequently asked questions

Are the accessories compatible with all pedestal brands?

Most universal accessories (shims, plates, profiles) fit the majority of pedestals on the market. Extensions, however, are specific to each range: a Jouplast extension fits a Jouplast pedestal, a YEED extension a YEED pedestal.

Is a slab support plate essential?

It is not mandatory for small formats, but it is strongly recommended from 80x80 and for thin slabs: it spreads the load, reduces the contact point and significantly lowers the risk of breakage.

What is a slope corrector for?

It slides under the pedestal head to compensate for the incline of the substrate. On a screed sloping at 1 or 2%, it takes up this slope to give a perfectly horizontal slab.
