Around a gravel path, you want edging that holds the stones without being seen. Metalflex is a galvanised steel L profile: the base is nailed to the ground and the gravel comes flush with the upright edge, so the edging becomes practically invisible.

The base is notched: the edging is bent by hand to follow your layout, without special tools.

The L-shaped base makes the edging very stable, and the curled top edge prevents cuts during installation and use.

How do you install Metalflex?
- Mark out: set out the line with a tape measure and string line.
- Bend (if needed): for a curve, gently bend the edging: the notches in the base follow the line.
- Fix: position the lengths and hammer the supplied stakes through the base.
- Join: connect the lengths with the bolts and nuts supplied.
- Reinforce (optional): along a driveway, bed the base in concrete for extra hold.
